My 2 cents, letter of explanation with estimated cross border dates should suffice. I am from Africa and at one time my husband did alot of cross border travel by road to our neighboring country for work. His passport is full of stamps, some dates not even legible. We included as much as we could but not everything.
Have anyone seen that they request phone numbers along with ADR’s?
In addition to documents and some info about travels they are asking about phone numbers for me and my spouse. I’m wondering why?
My AOR was on 7th May but still I have not received the medical request and it is still in this message : "You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes."
Is this normal?

Depends on the nature of your documents.
If it can be uploaded online, it should not take too long. However, if it’s provided by other party like police info check. It’s pretty time consuming. In my case, I needed to request the police check from the country of my origin. It took me sometime to complete that and confirmed with IRCC they have been received.
It took me around 40 days. Please be reminded that the ADR need to be received by IRCC within 60 days.
