All the eCOPR today and yesterday who got it from VLU, Ottawa and with credentials received during May..
Do you have dependent’s on your file ? I am just wondering if having depends ( though all inland) is delaying the eCOPR for the folks who are still awaiting copr since mid/last week of May
Hi,
Aor - June 2020
First email on june 5th
credentials - june 7th. Replied same day with declaration, address and picture.
Vo - Etobicoke
Waiting for ECOPR..
It really depends on your luck. A lot of people who’ve got the first e-mail from Virtual Landing Unit, OSC, have been waiting since May. OSC and Etobicoke seem to be the slowest. Other offices tend to grant the COPR within 2 weeks.
As for OSC, today marks 30 days after getting the login credentials for me.
If you’re really lucky, it could come the same day you submit your declaration, photo and address.

Agent told me on friday my file was approved and that it should take 2/3 weeks to get copr.
Friday I got the first email. What OSC stand for? My VO is Ottawa. Thank you for your help.
It's a matter of waiting to see. But my advice is, Don't hope for June. Set your eyes on two months from now so that anything less is a surprise. I have been waiting for the second email for 3 weeks, leave alone CoPR

OSC stands for Operations Support Centre. Look at the signature of the first e-mail you received. If it came from OSC, you will likely have to wait a bit longer than most. If it came straight from CPC-Ottawa, it’ll likely be a shorter wait. Your AOR is also in 2020, which likely means a longer wait than most. There seems to be a correlation between AOR date and how long it takes, with priority strongly given to 2021 AORs.
To be completely honest with you, there’s not really any observable trends. If you stay on this thread long enough, you might really see how random and unfair this whole process is, so I recommend what Kevin recommended: Set aside 2-3 months from now and go do something fun instead of just waiting for the sake of your mental health.
Timeline:
AOR: 14 March 2021
Biometrics Request: 26 March 2021
Biometrics Completed: 29 March 2021
First Portal Email: 27 May 2021
Portal Credential Mail: 1 June 2021
eCOPR: 20 June 2021 - VLU OSC Ottawa
I pray and wish everyone to get their eCOPR/PR cards at the earliest. Thank you everyone for helping each other and keeping hopes.
Question: My eCOPR has an expiry date of 8 February 2022. Anyone who have received their eCOPR could respond please?
