No idea man.. one of my friend whos AOR was 3 may got portal email on last saturday. And i applied on 23 feb and still no update.

This is completely unfair, they stop processing Jan/Feb files, but moved to May files, and there is no way to escalate this.

just reply them with your Name，UCI，Email，date of original entry，date of last entry and port.
