I have a doubt. If the notes were issued in May, why did it reach you very late? Is it because of the third party or IRCC itself releases the notes very late after issuing it ?

The third party told me that they had received the notes via Canada post and not electronically hence this much delay.

Like many Outland applicants I am also waiting patiently to hear some progress close to September

This waiting kills. Im now addicted to reading this forum to check for any positive updates from people. Also I’m logging to my cic account and checking my mailbox every day even though I know I will find nothing.

Checking your cic account is something most applicants do as they are eager to get an update. But we all know we are not living in normal times hence there is no clear knowledge on how things would progress.

Reading the news from Canadian health experts it seems we need to wait atleast till September when significant Canadian population is fully vaccinated
