Got a request to submit additional forms and development of relationship questionnaire along with our photos and my last entry date and port on April 30th, 2021
And just today my representative email that CIC had requested to confirm our address.

Why they asked you about relationships now? What is your timeline? What relationships proof you provided when you applied?

What proofs are needed? In my case I just provided marriage certificate. Was I supposed to provide something else as well?

They sent me portal last Monday, updated everything same day. last Friday got another email asking for date of original and last entries, today got ecopr in the portal. CIC website also saying approved.

I think you did right, in my portal profile tho they only created for myself. My wife already has a PR VISA and COPR long time ago but blocked by the restriction.
