Did you try with your temp file # but without the X at the beginning? EP…? Or if you know your UCI, with your UCI.

Maybe you are about to get AOR and that’s why it doesn’t pop up with your temp file #. Stay positive, doesn’t have to be bad news at all.

Yes I used only number not XEP and it used to say we received your file on 28th sep and now it says we couldn’t find your file in our system that’s why I got worried. But thanks for motivating me

I know how you feel, I also worry myself for all this things that we all go through. We don’t know what is going on with our applications and it might take weeks before we do. It is hard. Stay positive.

Hey... Dont upset, same thing happened to me. First time , I called I received temp file number. This week I called the agent sounded so inexperienced and said could not find mine, I explained her like baby and after half an hour check, she said she saw something, AOR to receive anytime but until now no news.

I got same problem. I have temporary file number but it say we don’t have your file. And I called today. They told me we are working on your file. When they check all document and star processing application they will give AOR.

We have the same AR (I also don't have AOR)
I applied for the new pathway at 3 pm est... I will wait until I get an AOR from the new pathway before requesting a refund for the PNP process, just to be on the safer side...
