What I meant here is that. I got the nomination. I received ITA. I submitted my EE PR profile on June 11 2020. Since then, the processing is at the above mentioned state. Not much progress. I just wanted to know, if anybody were in the same state as of mine, how much time it took for them to get the PPR email.
Recently I got my second notes (according to the first ones, we are under security screening). In these notes everything is passed, but security, which is blank. I just wanted to ask if there is a connection between security screening and info sharing. In the first notes info sharing was redacted, here we have the following:
Type: Biometric-FCC
Partner: USA
Status: NRT
Validity Date: 2021/02/23
May it be so that they already concluded the screening? @legalfalcon, please, shed a light.

The GCMS notes whether requested from IRCC / CBSA are processed and released pursuant to the Access to Information Act or Privacy Act.
Whereas the processing of your application happens pursuant to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. they are separate processes and done by different divisions of IRCC / CBSA.

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but hopefully somebody here can help. I have a visitor visa under the travel exemption category. I would like to know that if i book my flight now, does it have to be a return ticket because of the visitor visa or can i book one-way ticket? @legalfalcon plz help.

No i don’t have the COPR yet since they are not giving it to the applicants outside Canada yet. But, say i go there as a visitor and then, can i let IRCC know that i am in Canada so may be they could give me the COPR then since i would be there anyway?

You can try, but there is no guarantee. Also, on a visitor visa you cannot enter the country that you intent to live in Canada as your PR application is in progress and you will soon get COPR.
You will have to show your intent to leave the country after the reasons of your stay is over.
Hi everyone! I’m inland EE. My AOR was June 05th. My application has been stuck at background check since November 5th. I called IRCC once and they couldn’t give me any more info beside what is already shown in my profile. Is there any body in similar situation as mine? I’m getting really nervous here. My medical exam already expired but they didn’t request a new one from me yet.
Hi,
I am on the same boat as you, were you inland CEC? I am inland CEC June 2020 and still background check is ongoing. No updates yet for me. Have you heard back from then since you made this post?
