When i checked with IRCC customer care, they said "Eligibility & Criminality Passed but Security not started". Did not ask your VO office details. It seems Security not started status for more than 1 month now.

Is any one else with similar timeline ? Please share your details.

Sure.If you didn't get 50 points before get ITA, you can change correct answer in application, even not need provide LOE.

My employer received a verification call 2 weeks ago and today when I called IRCC they said that my eligibility check hasn’t started yet. The only thing that is passed is criminality. Can any senior member share the thoughts as to why this was communicated to me. The employment checks are the part of eligibility checks isn’t it?

Criminality- In Progress May 17, 2021
No update after that. I received 2 GU last week

NO. Reply with the information they asked that is Highlighted in yellow. You will then received a link to create a profile and upload your address information and photo.

I know but upon calling IRCC they said that eligibility hasn’t begun yet. Since employment check is a part of eligibility why did they say that it hasn’t begun. any suggestions from senior members?
