Should we try calling ircc agents?

No use.. I called them. The response I got is it depends on Agent to who your case is assigned. If you are lucky enough to get a good and active agent he will respond quickly. If our file is assigned to an super active agent, then we will have to wait until when he shows interest in our file. I am stressed out to as I am waiting since May 30th.

I got the first portal email on 28 May. credential mail on 3 June. Submitted on the same day and still waiting. Anybody else having a similar situation ...

Hey @snsajedi, Congrats !! you got your credential email after updating your PP or you send it after that. Just asking to confirm PP update doesn't delay the process.

Good news guys. Just got my ecopr. Timeline: first mail 24th may, credentials 28th may, ecopr june 9. VO ottawa, good luck guys.
