For Info: If you want to take and process photos by yourself.

1. Take a good quality photo by phone/ DSLR​

2. use app 'Passport Photo'. [iOS /Android] app​

3. Select 'Canada (50x70)mm'​

4. follow the instruction to resize the image​

5. save the copy​

6. goto 'https://photoshop.adobe.com/cutout?lng=en&promoid=85665T1W&mv=other'​

7. select the white background and remove shadows.​

7. download your .jpeg copy for upload.​

hi anchal i need help . on ur reply of first email that we received on 30 may - did u seperately mentioned ur email address apart from those questions ? or u wrote email id on the answeer to the queestion?

I did both.

First, I specified in the beginning of my email like below:
My personal email address is <email_id>.

And then mentioned the same email id for all my applicants in response to the following Q.
Email (as set out in this message): <email_id>

I just submitted it but hopeful as my photo is similar to their samples.

I got first email on 2nd June and credential today 9th June....generally how many days to get ecopr? Also in the portal for some reason there were two entries for me with same info and one each for my wife and kid....so I updated same info in both of my records..not sure if anyone faced same situation?

It depends on how lucky you are. There are people in this group have got very next day. there are people like me waiting for 10+ days and there are people who are waiting close to a month.

Its frustrasting as usual with IRCC

Montreal here got mine on June 6 replied same day but nothing yet…called today they said they haven’t seen my reply yet which is strange so replied again today.

Hi Everyone,
I have received the email on June 5th (Sat) and so I replied to the email on Monday . Got the link on Tuesday (Next day) .

Have a query. After receiving the first email I explained my situation that I have travelled to India for medical emergency and asked them to review my situation. But they sent me the link and username password. They haven't commented anything on my situation . Again I have emailed just to confirm before uploading the photos.

I might travel back by first week of July which is around 3 to 4 weeks and anybody can suggest if it is good to upload the photos now ? Incase if it gets processed , my TRV will get expired or invalidated ? I don't want to have any issues in travel at immigration as many have stuck in India and wanted to have a safe travel.
