With the current process improvement, IRCC is passing the eligibility stage at the time of R10 completeness check. Previously, the CIO was only responsible for R10 completeness check ( to check if you have submitted all the required documents for which you have claimed the points, also used to pass Medical for simple cases. Also used to provide biometric letters in case you have not given biometric in last 10 years) but from this year CIOs are also doing eligibility check for simple cases.
We have recently seen people getting CoPR in less than 90 days from the date of AOR and many are waiting for months. Hopefully you will get your CoPR soon!
Thanks for the response. I am not sure when I passed eligibility. Visa officer just said you have passed eligibility. I will make a call tomorrow and will find out.
Thanks
I'm a finance and accounting professional my job tittle comes under NOC C and my job duties (75%) comes under NOC B , and I submitted a LOE from the employer to justify the situation as well.

As long as the NOC you claimed has most of the responsibilities mentioned in your COE, you should be fine. I have a kind of similar situation. I was a project coordinator but I claimed it as an estimator.
