After submission ,all pnp files start at CIO-sydney. There R10 completeness checks are done. After that some are processed right there completely or get transferred to LVO-local visa office.
File transfer is their routine internal process and nothing to worry about. File can be transferred at any stage of processing.
Sometimes Criminality, medical is done at CIO and file gets transferred for eligibility and security check. Otherwise eligibility, Criminality is done at CIO and file gets transferred for security check and final review.
As I said it's a normal process. Sometimes file are transferred for further comprehensive checks or workload distribution between IRCC offices.
The golden Email came on Friday night. Just received a call from my local office for a quick interview, and then boom. COPR!!

Guys how long does it take to get the credentials after we have send UCI, port of entry , location etc. to IRCC Montreal. I submitted that on June 3rd , hasn’t heard back since then.

My AR is Sept 18, 2021
I’m MPNP inland with one dependent inland
I did medical upfront and I was requested BIL only. I’ve already linked my application online and it’s showing my eligibility and background is on progress.
Also there’s a message saying that “we need additional documents to process your application” there’s no message regarding of what documents are those though.
Hi Sunny751, criminality is base on the PCC you have been provided to them, the document is valid for 12 months, usually they will ask for Medical Request for the next step. Once your medical passes, it will show "medical received" on your ECAS.
Eligibility/criminality/security is all under the background check process, once you passed, they will move to the next part until they have a final decision. Since you have passed the criminality, I think it is the eligibility/security parts turn back to in-process, not the criminality parts.

Agent said criminality passed on 25th march 2021, 25th march is the day when i received Aor too. Alot of things happening with my file (means its under process). Lets hope for best.

My eligibility is passed, but I did not receive PAL. Can anybody tell why some people are receiving it or some not.
