CEC Inland
CRS: 431
ITA: Feb 13, 2021
AOR: Mar 02, 2021
Medical Passed: Mar 17, 2021
Biometrics: Mar 17,2021(Exempted)
RCMP(fingerprints): Requested by IRCC on March 17, 2021.
Got an email that I should confirm if I am physically in Canada. See below:

We are at the end of the process for your application for permanent residence
in Canada, and based on our records, you are now in Canada. As a result,
your application has been selected for a virtual confirmation of permanent
resident (PR) status. Since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020,
IRCC had to stop some in-person services to protect the health and safety of
clients and employees. However, the Department has come up with
innovative ways to conduct business.
Please respond to this message to confirm if you are physically in Canada
now. Your response will be used to determine if you are eligible to be
confirmed as a PR. You will receive more information later about obtaining
your first PR card.

Hey, your frustrations are understandable :(. But, i think ircc is processing CEC applications faster and outland applications might see some delay due to this covid.
But, try calling them and ask for status. So, you will get to know at what stage your application is at.

Quick question why is it not advisable to call IRCC a lot?
Because there is a log of your calls an officer can find it suspicious while analyzing your application if you calling a lot of times unnecessary.
Also, common sense - IRCC resources are limited, let people that really need to communicate something to reach them.
