yes, she received bvl on 14th may and called to ircc on june 3rd. Agent said your eligibility has been failed and application is refused, but still it is open.

Your application goes to CANADA as soon as you file it on IRCC website. After their initial review, they send it to the local visa centre in your country. Once they send it, they'll send you this email as mentioned in my previous message.

Your application has not yet been received at your local visa application centre in India yet. It is currently in Canada.



I applied on 4 may. Received this email on 17 May.
Hopefully you'll receive this soon.
Also, is vac opened in your city?

Do you get connected to a random IRCC agent or the Visa Officer who's working on your application?
Does calling not increase their doubts and lead to rejection?

medical update on 15th may. And eligibility status start.
Unfortunately medical expired on 17 may.
On 19 or 20 may, medical status reversed to = we do not want your medical...
On 27th may i got BVL , but eligibility status also reversed to we will send you message when we will start your eligibility...
