Did you get any email confirmation when you submit webform
One more thing did you get aor? If yes then when
No email confirmation. It was just a green screen at that time.
I haven't got AoR yet, but I have application number by linking successfully to account 2 weeks ago
As I had earlier mentioned that in my past travel history, I have lived in Dubai for almost a year. So I have given all the details regarding my stay in Dubai including a Police Clearance Certificate from Dubai Police.
However in the explanation letter for it I had made a small error. I had travelled there on a paper employment visa (for transit) before I got an actual work permit. In a rush to submit the application instead of writing paper employment visa, I wrote ETA. It was a mistake done which I didn’t even realize.
I have made a new LOE will submit through web form once I get the application number.
Two questions:
Is this a major problem in my application ?
Can it lead to misinterpretation?
Thanks in advance.

Could you please tell me how you link your application to to the account ? Please
I don’t know how to get application number!
That is when people do not disclose material information that could affect the processing of an application. As the article states, not declaring your past refusals is misrepresentation but if someone tries to rectify it via webform, they will have proof that their mistake was honest and that they tried to fix it.

6 d. of Form 5669, for which many people made mistakes, is material, See all of websites I posted.
Also, one of applicants failed to defend for her honest mistakes on it.

As I said earlier, if someone submits a web form to declare their mistake, the chances of misrepresentation are much lower. Additionally, there will now be proof that they tried to fix their mistake and if an officer sends a PFL, they can use this proof in their explanation.

Thank you for your advice. But there is another reason why I worry so much.
I did not tell this until now because it will make people nervous, but now I dare.
During a live session on May 26 (or so) the chatty lawyer showed a serious face expression when someone asked about its own mistake on 6 d. 5669. The chatty said that it is "simmering" issue.
He said that the applicant should send correction via webform, but the chatty's reaction to the question and words in reply were very different from those in situations when he answered for other questions.
He asked (other) participants to send him a message when he found further legal support would be needed, but he did not do so for the applicant with the 5669 issue, I think. So his serious reaction was not for inducing someone into being his client.

I understand how you are worry now. My opinion:
- this forum is only commonsense opinions, there is no legal advice here.
- You have to choose and decide quickly instead of prolonging anxiety: withdraw application, or looking for a lawyer (
if you don't have any other option to apply for PR)

Not required for any of the streams.

If I were you, the first thing I'd do is send a web form as well as get in touch with a lawyer to see what can be done to avoid further issues.

Thank you. Last night I sent a message to a law firm. I will discuss the probability of defense first and then decide the next step.
Your replies here really helped me. I think it was you who posted URL of the live session. Also, you gave me an alert that message via webform before getting AoR is nothing. So I thought that my message sent last week could not be a defense and did further research about my issue. And then I found serious facts.
You are really nice and caring person and I appreciate it
