Heyyy,

so i was asked for second fingerprint request this February - i did send it back, they have received it.

i have submitted multiple requests asking for status update.. really havent even received a test invite yet

totally losing it, my PR is expiring this november [ i am now thinking no choice have to submit the request for PR renewal because i might need to travel next year out of country]

i dono what else can i do.. this is heights for me

any one else in same state or is it just my application.. ?

Well, there are no stats for that, I guess. Generally, the BG is done before the test but in your case, looks like the BG is complete only after the test.

Give it a week or two and you might see the change.

Because I’m a non-routine applicant. It took some time for me to gather court documents. I’ve been told that once the background is done I should be getting Oath invite soon but then depending on the local office’s schedule. But “soon” could be a few more months lol

Yup. The meaning of the word "soon" is very subjective, especially when IRCC is concerned.
