1. It is a generic email to invite me to use the new system I think. I have not followed my application for a while and I did not realize they have a new system.
The time a bit funny as it showed completed right after I got the email.
Guys heads up. Looks like someone just got an in-person test.
Look at this post. There is no test window and the words "online test" is not seen on their status update. They've given the applicant a single date (June 7) to attend the test. The OP still hasn't received an email.
We're still NOT SURE if this is an in-person test but be sure to check that thread when the OP responds once s/he receives the test invitation in the email.
UPDATE: This could just be IRCC modifying the process to allow only 1 day for online tests instead of the 21 day window. We won't know until the OP gets back to us once s/he received an email invite.
For everyone who has taken the test already, what would you say is the best site to prepare for it? I've come across quite a number of online mock tests, what one is the most useful?
My driver license picture is a little blurry I don’t know if that’s an issue? I tried but that’s as much as my camera can do! Anyone knows if there has been cases like this treated as not a pass?!
I was wondering the same thing because I tried to take a photo the other day for Airbnb of my drivers licence and while the photo was clear the words were a little blurry.. so I was wondering how its going to be when I try my PR card during the test....I wonder if there is an option to upload a scan?

I used apna toronto and richmond library. But spent more time on apna and focused on their chapter by chapter quiz. Taking the chapter by chapter quiz helps you remember the key points after you read every chapter. I suggest going back and forth between the book and the apna quizzes and you should be good. Overall make sure you have read the book at least 3 times.
Nothing about any decision made on my end. Just Citizenship Ceremony 'not completed' is the only thing left. That said, I haven't been asked for an interview yet either. Hopefully not, lets see
