I received the first email on Friday May 28 answered the same day. I sent another email yesterday June 2nd and still waiting for the login credentials email. dont know what is wrong with them. VO is Ottawa.

1. When did you receive an email asking for information? 27th May
2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? June 4th
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? June 4th
4. When did you receive ECOPR? waiting
5. What is the VO? no idea. GCMS says RROC
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? waiting

Does anyone know how the system picks the accounts to send the login credentials to? I received the email yesterday and replied in the same day and still waiting for their answer. I have seen people in this thread and other threads receiving the information in a day or two. does anyone know what could be the problem?

You should get it soon. I was also waiting for 4 days as I got first email on friday and next email on Thusrday. So its taking bit longer this month so dont worry you should get it by today or tomorrow.

I received IRCC PR Confirmation email on May 28th, replied to this email on May 29th. Then sent them another email with all the details again on June 03 (yesterday). Still no answer from them. I am waiting for portal credentials email.
My only stages marked as complete are medical and biometrics. Other stages like background check, eligibility criteria, final decision are still in progress.

Hi,
I am wondering if anyone tried whether to email or call VO to clarify the current status? It looks like there is a delaying in processing the applications on PR confirmation portal and the reminder about yourselves would speed up the process?
