BC PNP paper based PR inland applicant.
Application sent July 2019.
AOR received August 2019.
Since then not a single message from IRCC.

Asked for GMC notes that are as follows.
Assessments:
Eligibility: not started
Security: not started
Criminality: in progress
Medical: not started
Info sharing: complete

Even with Covid, is it normal? 22 months elapsed, and hardly anything happened. Anybody in similar situation?

AOR July 2019.I passed everything except security and nothing happened as well.GC Key is frozen.I am outland.Waiting for 23 months already.

Hi guys.Only a short question.I am outland applicant.My sister from Kanada has submitted GCMS notes in march.2 months passed and no answer.Do they send notes to outlanders or only to inlanders?
