New PR confirmation portal

@Rohan88g If you are talking about 1st portal e-mail, yes it's. I have replied to both e-mails.

Congrats. Could you please share how long did it take for you to receive first email after all stages passed ?

@morpheusmx It took around a month for me from all approved to get the portal e-mail. VO- Etobicoke.

Do we need to attach the pdf enclosed with the first email from IRCC PR confirmation portal when we are sending them our info such as name, uci, email, original entry date, etc.?

Hello Guys, I have no Idea if this section is right to write about my problem for the Pr portal.

I got a e mail from IRRC and they provided me an account with my email and temporary password, which I have to change it. So far I changed the passwort and now I have to provide my mailing address and I wrote it, now I have a problem to update my photo. When I upload my photo it is always w
ritten photo did not upload. I am doing that since 2 hours..... I have no idea what to do. Can someone help me?

@Amritvienna where did you get your photo from? Have you taken your picture yourself? Is it within the specifications, size, and all? Please double-check and try. I'm sure it would have got reported by other folks if they were experiencing the same.

i received my PR card today and my child. But we did not received my spouse PR card.
we just linked in gckey and shows in process. in portal (all) are still in review.
i couldnt get through the agent by phone.
Do you have any idea why my spouse card still not in process?
anyone here on the same situation?

Right! I don’t think it will take 6 weeks to arrive but I think they just say they just to cover any delays

I know quite a few people on here recieved their PR card and on the portal it still shows as “photo in review” so I don’t know whether in the end it actually gets “approved” in the new portal, but in GC its all been sent out as I can see the PR card document number and expiring date along with the date it was dispatched.

how did u link your card application to your gc key account. I have tried all the options, given city of birth exactly as on my passport, tried with the one on my ecopr...all caps, all small, commas , spaces nothing works!

@limitless77777 were all part of the same application or you created different logins? And in CIC(GC key), are you seeing only your spouse's PR card status as in process? Which VO is yours?

one of my friend got his PR card three days after his wife and kid. IRCC mailed the cards separately.

Did you get any PR approval email or CoPR first or straight away PR cards at home? And when did you submit your pics and address in the portal?

everything is in my signature. we got the COPR. we even renewed our SIN# and we received our new SIN#. Its just so strange that my spouse PR card status in GC key is still in progress while mine and my child status in gckey are approved and the added the notes that it was mailed out.

It shows your name, application number, UCI.
Then you can declare you're in Canada and upload photo and provide address

But the gc key of my spouse shows in progress. while mine and my child shows APPROVED. would that means that my spouse PR card was not process?

in gc key there were 3 PR Card applications with different PR card application numbers. myself and my child shows approved. my spouse shows in progress.
