1). Any idea how long it may take for the background check & review eligibility to be completed?
2). Also for PPR & COPR?
3). My spouse passport will be expired in Sept-2021 and going to apply for a new one. So, do I need to send out the copies of the new passport through webform?? Also, when IRCC ask to send out the passport do I need to send both passports?

you can apply for both at the same time... you will just have to pay another application fee...
If you apply for TR to PR you will likely just get PR within the first 6 months of 2022...

I applied for MPNP in late November last year and no updates so far...
It is really hard to know what program will be faster, but I believe that you might be able to get PR within 6 months after AOR. (PNP)

I’m MPNP inland with one dependent inland
I did medical upfront and I was requested BIL only. I’ve already linked my application online and it’s showing my eligibility and background is on progress.
Also there’s a message saying that “we need additional documents to process your application” there’s no message regarding of what documents are those though.

Few September2020, All October, November-2020 are waiting..........its almost 8-9 months ....you also need to wait up to that. Its frustrating but true...
