Sorrg remedical was done the next day after request.....I never got any notification or anything but ppr was issued by Kiev Ukraine

Voluntary ADR: Jan 2021
nothing after that and last week she send "Status Inquiry" email and have not received any reply from them yet?? is this something to worry or why not a proper under review email??

thats late, your friend should inquire and involve MP, the timeline doesnt seem normal to me. best of luck to your friend and you.
