can you tell me somthing who know about PAL . actually my question was after the PAL how many days after we can expect COPR ?

PAL comes when you pass eligibility usually with in month you get COPR after that but there is application sitting with PAL for several months and waiting for COPR.

Biometrics Done 21 Apr 21

As per account info estimated processing time is 30 Jul 21

Pre-Arrival letter: Feb 2021
And then nothing? Still waiting
I know my application is in Paris office, can I request to transfer it to inside Canada?
