My AOR is March 20, 2021 as well.

Till now i received three ghost updates in total.

As per information by calling CIC on May 21, 2021 only Security was showing not started and everything has been passed.

My profile is as below

Are you a single applicant? Mine is March 11 AOR. Medicals and Bio updated on March 25th. The Profile page looks the same as you. I don't know about what was completed in my case.(NO GU at all till now).
