It's normal, they will turn back to in-process once they review your application later. I think they have transferred your files to another VO.

I think next will be ADR if needed, if not. Next should be DM on ECAS, might receive PAL as well.

What’s wrong?

Nothing seems wrong. It just they might have an over workload, or they want to send your file to your local office.
This is the normal process to go through, don't need to be panic.
However, I notice that you are an outland applicant, I am not sure if the travel restriction things still bother you later. The next step will be either a Medical Request/ PCC request. You can get prepared for those documents because IRCC doesn't give extra more time for applicants who apply after April 12, 2021 (Correct me if I am wrong). Before they give an extra 90 days to you to gather the documents you need because of COVID.

It might be sent to another office, too. But it doesn't matter where they sent your files to. If they don't contact you, then it is Good News, which means they don't need anything from you, yet. unless they offer you a request or send you any letters. You are in good condition. Chills buddy.
