But I still need to send them a new reference letter to include the duties so should my employer correct the position on this new one or what
bro why are you bothering yourself?

For international graduate stream, work position does not matter. All you need is to have a job.

Upload the updated work reference letter with the duties when you have AOR and then attach a LOE to explain what has happened. That solve it. Why are you panicking over what is so easy to do?

people change positions, people move places, wages increase. Does IRCC expect us to be stagnant all through the application? All you need is give them updates when there are changes in your conditions and you are good to go.

IRCC released new updates just 2 days ago that procedural fairness will be used when processing applications. They will NEVER refuse you cos of that.

It doesn't matter if you were inside or outside Canada, the personal history needs to have everything. Not disclosing could lead to misrepresentation so it's always best to accurately list your entire personal history.
It is not misrepresentation at all. Stop freaking out others. I worked for immigration consultant, we never mentioned part time work while doing full time studies in canada. Every client got approved for PR.
If you don't have experience atleast don't answer instead of scarring some one

Yeah that's true, my roommate just got his COPR under CEC. I asked him about his personal history and declaration form. He hasn't mentioned about part time work in his form.

I didn't say it "will" lead to misrepresentation. I just said it "could" and that it's best to disclose and be safe. Please read before making comments.
