Mine was stuck on Update: April 23 for a long time, but I just got an update today! My Background Check has been completed. Fingers crossed that test invite will come in the next 90 days! ;)

Just to verify -- this is the one related to Criminality Check, isn't it? I got an FP request last March 18 and was forwarded by RCMP to CPC Sydney on April 7. Does it mean that IRCC has finally checked my FP results?
Where do you see that the background check has been completed? When I log into the IRCC on-line services and enter my application details it only shows in-progress since March 23. Is there a way to see the details?

What is the difference between the "Test invite" and the actual "test/interview" on the spreadsheet? Does the letter of invite not have the test date on it?

The first one is when you got the test invite email and the second is the date when you took the test.
So basically you could get a test invite on May 24 for example and the timeframe you're allowed to take the test would be from June 11-June 28 (for example)? I thought that as soon as you get the invite, you can just log in and take the test haha!

Which is good in a way - gives you extra time to prep and give it right away once slot opens
