My partner got medical:

2015 - lost PR due to misrepresentation
2019 - lost federal court appeal
April 2019 - applied HC
July 2019 - applied PRRA to delay deportation
July 2020 - refused HC and PRRA
April 16, 2021 - reapplied HC
May 2021 - almost got deported but CBSA granted administrative deferral
May 5th, 2021 - AOR
May 7th, 2021 - Biometrics request
May 10th, 2021 - Biometrics done
May 18th, 2021 - AIP and request for police certificate, right of PR fee and financial docs
May 27th, 2021 - medicals requested

He got medicals for all his non-accompanying children back home too, so it's going to be a long story to complete all of those, because his children do not even have photo IDs to show to the doctor. It will probably take months to get IDs for them and he will be asking for extension...

well; at least the file is moving!

Ha ha yes my partner was waiting for one medical and now he got three medicals and a lot of headache to do kids' national IDs!

Guys, I just received the information that the immigration received my application sent in May fifth along with the biometrics solicitation. Is this the normal time or it was fast?

they will receive it tommorow according to Fedex.
I hope that i will receive a positive decision as soon as possible.

Yeah he can ask for extension they will give him 3 extension becoz it’s overseas it takes longer . He must complete medical otherwise his proces for co Pr will get delayed

No i didn't send it last year.
I hope that everyone will get AIP and CoPR as soon as possible.

yes it is compulsory - all non accompanying dependants must pass medicals...Even though they are outside Canada and he is not applying for their PR. They are still processing the application and doing background checks but until everybody clears medicals he won't get COPR...
