Should we need say option A or B (section 3) in rply mail. I just fill the format that they ask like UCi number, email, port of entry, first time and last time entry date…

if you have dependents you need to indicate either you want them to create separate account for you and your dependents or you are going to act on their behalf .

You could have said I don't have any dependent but I'm sure they already know, there shouldn't be a problem. I hope you get yours soon.
