In that case what you're planning on doing feels extremely risky to me. It means that either you've misrepresented your job as a food counter attendant in the PR application or you're going to misrepresent your job as a supervisor in the SOWP application. I think this could put you on a path for a misrepresentation finding (which could then result in a misrepresentation ban). If you have already submitted the PR application and said you are working in a food counter attendant role, then I would definitely not submit the SOWP saying you have a different occupation. That's my advice.
Hey thankyou for responding. But i was wondering that i got promoted on 15th may of this year. So i am gonna mention myself as a supervisor in sowp from 15th may. Still it would be a misrepresentation? Because when i applied for PR i was just food counter attendent.

Hello Evryone
Does anyone have An idea if I can apply as Iam currently working and living in Quebec ?
I can apply under the french speaking stream for internation gradutes so there is no limit until Novembre 5
So what is going to happend if I plan to live outside Quebec and for some reason I am not able to move ?
Some pepole told me that the govermnet will cancel your PR and deport you but some others told me that you can live wherever you want once you get your PR ?
In the Cic website we can find this, its a little bit confusing and sensitive?

"
I am a new permanent resident in Canada. Can I live somewhere other than the “city of destination” on my Confirmation of Permanent Residence?
Yes, you can. As a permanent resident, you have the right to live, work or study anywhere in Canada.
However, if you became a permanent resident through the Provincial Nominee Program, the province that nominated you has chosen you to bring skills to their province.

"
Any advice will be helpful Thanks

Without a pay increase you still have the potential of a problem that could jeopardize your PR application. Your pay slips and employment letter submitted with the SOWP application should show that you are being paid more now as a supervisor than you were before when you submitted the employment letter for PR. If IRCC sees that your current pay is the same as your previous pay, I think you are at risk for a misrepresentation finding. If you were really promoted on May 15th, then you should have received a raise with your promotion. Surely you can see why this looks very suspicious? It makes it look like you're gaming your job description.

I messed it up in background declaration form.
1. I forgot to type my name in native language .
2. I forgot to tell about my refusal ?
3. I used two abbreviations to write my school name.?

my experience for CEC will complete on 20th june as well as i am working in essential job. I will be eligible for that also.

i am thinking to withdraw my application just because of this form otherwise everything is good. Just my background declaration form is not good ?

what you all advice withdraw or wait ?
