Hmm, does it mentions anywhere about criminality Recommendation pass? can you share the whole notes ? i heard that criminality will be passed based on PCC at first then it moves to not started and then again it becomes passed by local vo.

We could also read as Criminality has two categories: one based on PCC and another based on biometrics (I was exempt). So, the biometrics passed for me but maybe not PCC.
