I know everyone is impatient and expecting news, but so far we don't have any AOR and by asking the same question multiple times a day we won't get updates any faster. The truth is, we have no clue on what IRCC is up to or how long it'll take to get AOR.
According to the May 18th briefing (we don't know how reliable it is) AORs will startto be sent around mid-June once eligibility is passed, eligibility is a solid 50% of the application considering TR to PR has two main stages: eligibility (aka meet the program requirements) and admissibility (Medical exams and background checks), the second stage contains criminality and security as a part of the background check, which is the longest process in PR applications. Take this with a pinch of salt since as we all know, this is the immigration program with the most misinformation and speculation out there.
Some people claim to have BIL and having been able to link their applications to their GC-Key account and have provided screenshots to prove that, but AOR claims are met with people mysteriously vanishing shortly after or shady, cropped and potentially edited screenshots.
Believe me, if anyone gets AOR within 1h EVERYONE on this forum, on Twitter, on Facebook, on WhatsApp and Telegram will know.

I have the exact same message on EE, but judging by my temporary UCI number I can tell they haven't even opened my application. That's the default message. Does your application look any different? Did you get the medical passed update?
A "temporary" UCI looks like this: Unique Client Identifier (UCI): CAN0000XXXXXXXX, once the application passes completeness check (R10) it changes to the normal UCI. For this stream they skip the R10 check as we know it so not sure how they review the applications.
4. Review of eligibility
We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
1. Review of medical results
You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
3. Review of additional documents
We do not need additional documents.
(?)Interview
You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
2. Biometrics
We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
5. Background check
We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
6. Final decision
Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.
For EE, prior to corona applications were processed in that order, medicals and change in UCI usually are the first indicative there's movement on the application, but other than that some people have the background check at the same time as other stages. Without GCMS notes it's very difficult to tell, and if TR to PR doesn't work with the GCMS system it's going to be even more difficult to predict how the applications are being processed.

Ok guys we need to consider that:
1/ For EE, they will send the automatic AOR email after you submit your application no matter what, and they will do the completeness check R10 later.
2/ For TR to PR, they will do completeness check first ( or even eligibility ) before sending AOR. If you got application number, probably you're at the Admissibility check stage
When medicals are in process / passed you get a message saying "We are reviewing the results of your medical exam" and "You passed the medical exam" respectively. Technically those are part of the admissibility stage so you might not get the messages until later on.

Hey Guys is it Possible to submit an application (under essential worker) with expired IELTS and the receipt of new registered IELTS (for July 2021). Will IRCC consider application or reject it?
As IELTS dates are not available which is not our fault, will do they consider something like this? or can anyone give me any information to contact IRCC? I am in Canada right now.
