You will receive an email confirming that your eCOPR is uploaded in the new PR confirmation portal. After that you will see a download bottom enabled below the picture of your PR confirmation portal profile.

It’s a difficult question to answer as it totally depends on the VISA officer and his workload. I have seen people getting the eCoPR within an hour of uploading the picture and there are people who waited 1 month before before getting it.
Average timeline is 2 days to 2 week. For me it was a 1 day wait. But don’t worry, your application is approved. You are just one click away.

Congrats, after you filled out the first email. you will receive a second email from CIC to create a Portal, which will ask you to verify you are present in Canada, provide your current address and upload photos for your PR card. I hope that helps.

I received the email at 7 AM, responded a couple of hours later and now waiting for them to come back.
