We confirmed today that our application was processed normally ... just got lucky with our case officer I guess.

Nope it's normal processing. New tracker shows everything is in Process except Oath Ceremony.

I just called IRCC, call centre agent mentioned, my security has been passed and they are doing criminal checks and eventually, I'll get an FP request.
What's the difference between security and criminal checks?

How did you manage to talk to an agent? I've been calling IRCC multiple times per day for a few days now but I always get the "we are experiencing a high call volume, and are unable to connect you to an agent" message every single time.

I think the % will update when the date the test is taken is added, only then the % will pop up.

No only when Test Interview Date is updated - Someone should change this

All of mine are still "in progress" status - last update 23rd April - so I presume my account/file hasnt been in touched in a month now.

For the person who asked what's MP - if you're applying for citizenship then better get studying my friend lol!
