Just give it some time usually takes 2-3 days to respond.was your office cic calgary that sent the email ?
and also Did you take your pr card photos? Have them ready and also a digital copy so you can upload them once you get access

That’s because you haven’t received AOR. Once you get your AOR, wait until the next day and then you will be able to check on ECAS and also link your application to your GC account. Don’t worry, it is completely normal.

Far from true. If you read the reply it clearly states that:

This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet.

He/she said that doesn’t have an AOR yet. ECAS will become available a day after receiving AOR.

But I have been able to access to the ECAS before yesterday.
