send for reconsideration whatever refers or send 90% approval
judge could dismiss the case it’s bad
I don’t know it’s all about evidence you have because he/she is judge they see your case different view

overstay your visa
if you have a criminal record or medical issues or if you have deportation order If you have a misrepresentation If you have a order to leave the country but you didn’t leave

and is there anyway i can clear this allegation??

I got a reply for my federal judicial review that the judge is willing to hear the case and my lawyer said its a good sign. But no update for my h&c file

when did you applied for leave judicial review..
I applied too last year july 2020.
I guess in April 2021 total 13 files reviewed by judge

Your file maybe transfer to Minister for exemption if he approved your exemption it means your clear from inadmissible
The same day you get AIP

May 7th, 2021 - Biometrics request
May 10th, 2021 - Biometrics done
May 18th, 2021 - AIP and request for police certificate, right of PR fee and financial docs
