I have an IME tomorrow, should I get the medical report my self or send it directly to IRCC. Not sure how it works without AoR
You don’t need to do anything now. IRCC will get your medical results. You can provide evidence that you have done the medical- if case officer ask you or you can update officer after AOR.

You are good. As you applied under Graduate stream. You don’t need any job duties listed on the letter. what you need is that your employment should be full time - that’s it.
If you do not list job duties then how IRCC will determine/verify the NOC listed on form IMM 0130 ?

The applicant is not eligible for tr to pr if his/her job noc is not listed on Canada NOC database.

Current employment
To be eligible, you must

be employed in Canada when you submit your application
be employed in any job that exists in the National Occupational Classification website
be employed by someone else, meaning you cannot be self-employed
Exception: You may be working as a medical doctor in a fee-for-service arrangement with a health authority.
be paid by your employer, meaning you cannot be a volunteer
be working with authorization

There seems to be a lot of uncertainty and mistakes made. If you made mistakes or have an incomplete document, just relax and breathe. No two cases are ever the same.
The processing time will take four months due to background and security checks
The processing time would begin when you receive your AOR and NOT when you submitted
AOR would be received by the end of the month of May and going into the beginning of June
Keep working- it would take your mind off anxiously waiting for your AOR.
Just like your Temporary Resident applications (e.g Study, visit and work permit) once you get your Application number in your AOR. Update all relevant documents using the webform.
The same people who process your TRV are the same people who would process this application.

Don't sweat it. Your application would most likely be approved, unless you do not meet the eligibility requirements or cannot provide the additional supporting documents needed.

(They could have reduced the CEC Score to 75 again but the established outlines and rules governing the CEC program requires the vigorous screening of applications and doesn't tolerate mistakes)
The TR to PR Pathway is a one time opportunity because this is the most flexible CIC would be in processing PR's.

Don't sweat it. Keep yourself busy.

Hi all,
Please help with the below questions.
I am an international student, working part time in a healthcare occupation and have completed one year and 1560 hours in one of the mentioned occupations. I am also currently employed. I am wondering if I am eligible to apply for the essential health care worker stream since I am still on study permit.
Also, while going through the forms, I found three of them (IMM0130, IMM5669 & IMM5406) doesn't allow me to sign electronically using adobe. Is it okay to fill the form electronically, print it, sign it and scan it back ?
Do anyone have a format for Letter of Explanation which I can use, since PCC from Russia (I have been there for 10 months) will take approximately 6 months ?
I am so sorry for a lot of lame questions. Please help me since I do not want to make mistakes.
Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.
Good day!
Can anyone please reply?

That is right. Also, to provide more info on his answer, the job can be part-time and full-time, no restrictions.

Hi,
I applied for PR for the international graduates stream, actually, I am doing BPO in a company but while applying for PR I am on leave for 2 weeks.
My question is that this will affect my PR?
And what if I stop working there.

Thank you in advance!

if it is paid leave then no issues. Leaving a job and become jobless just after applying PR would raise a red flag to IRCC. But, you can leave a job and join another one then no issues. new job can be in any noc.

If you were not working at the time of application you wouldn't qualify.

Hi everyone!

My partner applied under non-health essential workers stream. We have been living here for the past 5 years as I'm doing my PhD and our child is born here. I have a couple of questions: a) Since our child is Canadian citizen, under IME for the child we uploaded a letter stating that our child is Canadian and that IME physician said that the IME cannot be done for Canadian citizens. b) The employers' letters are stating the period of employment (from - to) and the number of hours per week, and not a total number of hours. c) in the couple of forms there was not enough space to fill all the e.g. work done, or all the travels done so we added one document where we put the reminder of the list (e.g. work experience in Canada). We uploaded this document under "other documents". I am wondering did we do well? Finally, the last question regards the processing time: we have important work to do in our home country that we hoped to do this summer. Do you think we would endanger our immigration if we travelled all together, mu partner, the principle applicant and work permit holder and myself (study permit) and our child (Canadian)? Otherwise, if only our child and myself went, would that still jeopardize our process? We haven't left Canada in three years. Thank you!

You were supposed to attach it in pdf with the main form. But I guess when they see it in other documents they would figure it out as long as you included the title of the form on the extra sheet.
Yes you would. You are supposed to be in Canada during the processing and when your application is finalized.

you are only supposed to be in Canada when you apply (not during processing) and when your PR is approved.

An applicant can leave Canada after applying, however, the danger is, no one knows when he/she will be approved. If they get approved when they are outside Canada, their PR could be revoked.
