Hi @legalfalcon i have got first email for information about port of entry etc..By mistake sign in PR portal before there credentials email. Is will be an issue for that ??
+1 Same here.. I got proactive and googled for the PR confirmation portal and signed up there since this link didn't exist in the email from IRCC. However, I could not proceed on the portal itself as there was no CEC option. I'm wondering if this is the cause of the issue/delay..

I did the same, nothing to be worried about. You just won't get pr credentials email, the portal will be automatically updated and new tab will open up next to the home tab called permenant residence confirmation

Had you created an account on the PR confirmation portal by yourself? If so, log in to check if you're able to proceed with providing address information. If not, wait for their credentials email

After logging in, if you're not seeing a "Permanent Residence Confirmation" tab with your case in it, then you probably have to wait for IRCC to set up these credentials. If you DO see this, then you can click into it and provide your information.

Hello everyone,
I declared in Canada, provided mailing address, and submitted photo at 9 pm on Thursday, 13 May, still waiting for eCoPR. Has anyone received eCoPR recently?
Replied to IRCC email on May 10th havnt received credentials yet, anyone in same boat?
Etobicoke VO
What is normal credential email timeline for Etobicoke VO?
Thank you
It's really fast recently, from 1 days to 1 week. You can also send them another email following up? Answer the same things and ask them nicely how long it would take to receive credentials. It worked for some people. They received their credentials right after that.
