Hey Guys! i was wondering if i could apply for Essential Non Health Care workers, i recently finsihed this april and i'm yet to receive my Notice Of Completion, but i still have a valid study permit. Can i apply using my Study Permit. Won't the Case Officer think "Still a study why give PR??).

i do have all the other documents, i'm just concerned that, using my study permit might lower my chances of getting the PR.

PS i have 1600 working hrs, and i have worked for 17months

So in ur case (If part time)...you worked only 74 week in 17 months....means that would count only 74/2=37 week....so 37 weeks(Full time)*30hrs=1120 hrs only

Which document is considered as form notice of graduation? Is original diploma certificate considered as formal notice of graduation?

Original diploma + official transcript which shows the date you have successfully completed the program. If you have a letter of completion too, put that in as well.

Yes. The reason why they want the letter of graduation is because this stream is not only for Ppl who already had PGWP but also for students who just graduated this sem and are applying for PGWP, so the letter of graduation is mandatory for them. If you graduated last tear and have PGWP, only Diploma and official transcript are more than enough.

I didn't submit the letter of graduation but I submitted my diploma certificate and transcript. On my transcript it says credentials awarded on 30th December 2019. I don't know if they will reject my application because of this reason. I still don't understand what is formal notice of graduation. If they just want diploma certificate then they can clearly mention diploma certificate instead of formal notice of graduation. I am little worried.

If IRCC reject your application just because of this i think they are very stupid, because if you hold 3 years PGWP it obviously means you have to study here at least 2 years. Like i mentioned before, letter of graduation only apply for ppl who just graduated in May 2021.

Does that mean you gained your work experience as a student. Most of the time IRCC requires work experience to have been gained after graduation.
