If your daughter is married (she has a spouse), she is no longer your dependent. You cannot include them in your PR application.

If you have already submitted the application, then update the modified form and find out how to upload (according to your PR pathway, since this is NOT family sponsorship, I do not know for sure how ... )

Hi Guys, I am in Canada and my spouse is in Backhome Country, Can you please tell me under new scheme (TR to PR) my wife and my son needs and UPFRONT medical exam? If so, the medical officer has no idea about it, and they are not agree to conduct any medical examination in such category.

Can i Submit application without their medical (they have never gave any medical related it it before)

This is under the new TR to PR pathway. So I have no idea. This section is for family sponsorship (i.e. you are ALREADY a PR)
I am not sure which section has information about TR to PR. And in general, family sponsorship applicaiton do not do medical before it's being requested by IRCC much later on in the process. BUT again, not sure how that's done for TR to PR.
