I have given my fingerprints last year so I exempt from biometric, but the bio information is not updated in my account.... It still says" we do not need your fingerprint" .
Anyone knows the reason?

I application is stuck at Eligibility - i called CIC and they mentioned that eligibility shows recommended passed. It has been more than 20 days, It is still the same.
Do anyone facing same situation?
All other things as passed except security which is not started yet. AOR- March 20, 2021
Hmm and did they ask you to pay the fee and submit a new bio? if not it's really weird. worth sending a web form so they can clarify to you why is that still pending

They didn't..... It's weird and I feel like my criminality not even started, nor eligibility/security. I'm requested to provide criminal check on March 9, they did not review the additional document I provide by now....
