The VO is Vancouver, which is weird because I'm currently not living in Vancouver.

Did you submit your medicals beforehand. ? Nope, I did my medical about a week after the ITA.

Any additional document requests? No but I uploaded Letter of Explanation to explain every slight discrepancy.

You will get an update before this month ends for sure. I met with an IRCC visa officer in Calgary, he informed me MVO is working at the utmost pace now.
