Hi,
sorry for duplicate post, but I really need help on this.
Please someone tell me if the marriage certificate requirement can be waived off in some certain circumstances.
I am planning to apply under new public policy and do not have much time, and I cant afford to go to India anytime soon even if there were no Covid restrictions.
Me and my Spouse have each others name on our passports.
Our 2 children have both of our names on their passports and Birth certificate.
Isn't having 2 kids and names on each others passport enough proof ?
Sorry! but the marriage certificate is MANDATORY !!! If check r10 completeness checks you would see how the Officer's asses your file. Which State are u in India

Marriage certificate
Purpose

  • If the applicant married outside Canada, a copy of a legal certificate issued by the country, the territory or the region where the marriage took place must be provided.

Anybody here needed to separate their fee into multiple payments? My bank account messed up and I paid 650 (biometric + processing fee) the first time, and 500 (right to PR) the second time. I included both fee receipts in my proof of payment. Would it be a bad thing to do so?
I want to know exactly about this. Please anyone know if it is okay.

Hi, I submitted my tr to pr international graduate stream application on friday along with all supporting documents but for the proof of current employment, my employer gave me the letter with job title, hours, salary, and the place im working. I also submitted my paystubs but she did not include the job responsibilities. Yesterday i got an updated letter with the job responsibilities from her and have submitted under the web forms for updated documents along with the uci number and all other information. I uploaded the new employment letter with job responsibilities. do you think it will work or i need to call the ircc agents and let them know

Hello everyone, pls i need your help, i made a mistake and uploaded a wrong IMM 5406 form to my application. I instead uploaded my past outdated family info form which i used when applying for study visa. Will my application be rejected for this?. I also called IRCC they told me to send the right form through webform, but am still scared.

Hi guys,
My query is regarding the (Imm5406) form. Mistakenly my form is not filled properly but now I submit my form again via web forms. Is there any chance of rejection due to this reason?
I applied yesterday in (TR to PR pathway stream).

I am in similar situation. I dont think that they will reject just because you made a mistake. Everyone makes mistake and you have already taken right steps to make amendments.
I would also like to know what did you put in application number field when you did your web form?

Did you give biometrics before? If yes and it's still valid, you don't need to pay.

If you've never given biometrics, all you can do now is wait for AOR. Once you get it, pay the biometrics fees and raise a web form to submit the receipt.

You cannot raise a webform without an application number, otherwise, the officers won't be able to find your application and attach the submitted documents to it. You gotta wait for the AOR.

Guys, just out of curiosity: how many of you have submitted an application, reviewed it and deemed it perfect?

I’m seeing posts everywhere about people missing documents or eligibility-proving evidence. Normally, IRCC returns incomplete applications and moves on to the next candidate.

Do you really think they’ll reach out to everyone with “imperfect” applications and follow up with them?

Mine is almost perfect. The only thing missing is my wife's PCC for which I provided substantial evidence to prove we applied for it. Another thing is that I didn't print and sign Schedule 3 but a lot of people are saying that the electronic signature covers all the forms.
