IRCC Scarborough Applicants - Online Test/Interview/DM/Oath

Hey guys, I’m about to take the test in a few days. I keep seeing posts about people missing their ID photos.
Can someone explain the exact steps? I can’t find anything online.
Do you log in and then asked to take a photo, then photo of ID ? Is it one ID or two IDs? Then you do the test? Any other steps?

It's been a fairly quiet week this week! Hope more people would get oaths in the coming days. While I see a lot more people from both 2019 and 2020 got their test invitations - it seems that interviews and oaths are still going at a slow speed...

Having my vaccine on Sunday and oath on Monday - it's gonna be a good weekend

Well, the pipeline seems to be longer than normal. They sent out the certs on April 29 and still nothing. Called up Canada Post and they have happily told me that the delay is absolutely normal... I'm having a lot of trouble getting used to normalcy these days... If they do get lost en route then it will take 8 weeks before IRCC can re-issue new ones... Flippin hell...

I really hope you do get it on Monday.

The probability of losing en route is low as mail is distinguished : it is an IRCC printed enevlop with a little sweet black stamp " Handle with Care. Dont bend".

I just looked at Canada Post stamp on enevlop and it is dated 3 May 2021. So it took 3 working days to get into a postal address in York region from Scarborough. Not sure where do you live in GTA.

I have seen others living in North York getting certificates the very next day of ceremony.

That is cool. You have jumped the queue on vaccines. My neighborhood is off the hotspots list so I am fine to wait until hotspots are taken care of.

Monday would be begining of your new life as Canadian citizen.

I would not forget 28 April 2021 for a very long time in my life. I normally sleep after early morning meal ( the 30 days month of fasting) but on that eventful day I woke up 2.30 am and after finshing meal at 4.49 am ish, I did not sleep (my Oath was 8.30 am) and kept reading news, flipping TV channels until 7 ish - and I could not sleep after Oath for obvious reasons...lol

You are at 11 am so you should be good. All the best again.

Got my pictures done on the spot at Shoppers (7060 Warden Ave Bldg, Markham) last week. But just give them a quick call before you go to make sure they still do it. (905-4741414)

Yes. Went to Shoppers and they give pics in 15 mins. In couple of days I will get guarantor signature and send it off.

Webforms, calls and Atip notes ! Nothing helped.
even my MPs office is not helping at all, said its bureaucracy and we are a political members office we can’t help.

Zoom application works, just ensure your name includes the number that they have specified on the email.
