Dude, you're ahead of the game haha!
I mistakenly submitted my application in the international graduate stream without the biometrics fee payment only the processing fees were paid. I didn’t know I had to retake them. Will they ask me for the fee when they make a request for my biometrics? I’m really worried, please advise.
Also the payment system has been crashing for more than 3 hours straight and I can’t login to pay
I did the same thing too and I realized after your comment. I paid it on epay, now I will call IRCC in the morning to confirm it so the application is not rejected.

Don't worry, biometrics is not needed if you gave it before. It's mentioned in the application guide.

That`s so weird. Their instruction guide and "How to apply" page have contradictions.
their "how to apply" page clearly mentions even if you have given Biometrics in past you must give biometrics whenever you submit a permanent residency application even if previous ones are valid but their instruction guide says to check if you`re exempt.
Both pages/guides are specifically for the same application still contradicting each other.
Don't y'all think we should create a google doc excel sheet to keep track and notify changes apart from this?
