I was in the same situation as you. I wanted to make sure that once my wife was in Canada, to no longer be considered 1 outland dependant... So I called, spoke to an agent and he updated her address in the system and told me to also send a webform with her arrival date and work permit. It took a couple of weeks to get a response from the webform saying that the documents have been received.
That’s what I did, I just hope that she is now considered 1 inland dependant.
I also has words with the agent and raised the WEB Form also but they are not able to find my file yet in the system as they have not opened the file yet.
Don't worry. I believe paper based pnp applicants are processed in batches. It's evident from the past years trends (even before covid times). Hang tight. Time will come definitely.

no updates still. When i call them last they informed me that there are very less officers working in the office. And all they files being cleared after june 2020 are scanned online thats why they have quicker DMs
Hi everybody, i applied for pr under pnp inland aug 2019 and i got a copr since nov 2020 but i'm outland because of covid 19 i couldn't get back to Canada due to the borders still closed so they told me we return your status back to foriegn national and disregard your previous copr lettre now i don't know what's the next my deadline after 2 weeks
please could anybody advise or can give any information about this issue.
