IKR wherever i go to any government office all they ask for is PR card, to them copr letter is of no use

I know, even health insurance...I had to fight to be able to renew my card. And guess what, gave me two months only and was told to apply again when i get pr card.

April 29 - Ghost update
April 30 - Status changed to Approved and message was "Printed and mailed"
May 5 - PR card in my mailbox (Mailed from Sydney, NS)

Did anyone receive PR card from Etobicoke office lately? My photos were delivered on Dec 1, 2020. Got a ghost updated today. I'm wondering how long will it take now?

I made the mistake of not using the registered mail. Given that I live in Kitchener, I assume it got delivered the next day, i.e, April 16.
