Wife received ADR today. They've requested remedical, new police certificate, schedule A, and IMM5562 updated travel history form.

SA in December 2019
Biometrics and medical done in January 2020
File transferred to LVO in January 2021
AOR2 letter from LVO on March 17 (ECAS shows "we started processing your application on March 15, 2021")
Pre arrival letter received on March 25, 2021
ADR received on May 4, 2021

Definitely renew. When you have the new one, scan of the tombstone pages via webform and/or email to visa office if you have. It's not a big deal and happens all the time.
