I just got BIL, below is the time line
- Application Dispatched On: September 06, 2020
- AR: September 11, 2020
- AOR: February 15, 2021
- Biometrics Request: May 03, 20

Where did you see that we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements? Under application status or under the eligibility section?

Medical is passed means medical passed. Nothing is more than this

My timeline is Inland AINP with 2 dependents both are in canada.
AR-3rd sept 2020
AOR-29th April 2021
NOC-0621
Today when i checked my status they said we don't need your medical and finger prints till now and your file is in background check.
My last medical and biometric was in July 2019 and my wife biometric and medical in sept 2019.
what is your opinion on my file, in how much time should i expect DM.

You mean July 2020 and September 2020 right. If yes you both don’t need any medical or biometrics because your medical is still valid . You can send Emedical sheet through webform to cic .if You have to do biometrics in last 10 years, you don’t have to do again.

Well then your medical is expired. In this case you just need medical exam for you and your wife and no biometrics as they are good for 10 years. Your status will remain as we donot need your biometrics till your application is approved.
