If you are signing the Oath form physically:
Yes keep Oath form blank. During registration you will be asked to just write your name and date the form.
After you recite the Oath, you will go back to breakout room with the agent and then sign the form in front of agent. You will be asked to email the form later to agent for processing of your citizenship certificate. This form will be proof that you took an Oath and are Canadian citizen until Citizenship certificate is received. Once you receive citizenship certificate you can discard this form.
I opted for paper option.

My timeline is also similar. Application delivered April 24th,2019.Passed test on Feb23,2021. Decision made in first week on April, but no Oath invitation till now.

Thanks, the reason I asked is the agent said to us is that you are on invitation list for the third week of May but it will only be confirmed once you receive the formal invite though e-mail. What is your opinion, do you think once they put you on the invitation list, can they change their mind later on?
